Yesterday, the customer who purchased our sesame candy production line came to our factory to test the machine.
1.Preparations before the test run:
•Equipment inspection:
-Confirm that all equipment (mixer, sugar boiling pot, calendering machine, cutting machine, packaging machine) is firmly installed, and the lubrication of transmission components is in place. Check the calibration of the heating system (such as the temperature control instrument of the sugar boiling pot), with an error of ≤±1℃.
-Verify the tension of the conveyor belt, and the deviation should be less than 5mm/10m.
•Raw material preparation:
-Prepare high-quality white granulated sugar (GB/T 317-2018) and peeled sesame seeds (moisture content ≤7%) according to the formula.
-Prepare food-grade maltose syrup (DE value 42-44) and compliant food additives.
•Parameter preset sugar boiling temperature curve:
-120℃ (dissolving sugar) → 150℃ (concentrating) → 165℃ (final boiling).
-Mixing ratio set: Syrup: Sesame = 1:1.2 (by weight).
2.Test operation process:
•No-load test (2 hours):
Start each device one by one, measure the no-load current (not exceeding 30% of the rated value), and check the noise level (≤75dB).

•Test with materialss:
-Roasting the Sesame: Put the prepared sesame seeds into the roasting machine for stir-frying and sugar boiling.
-Sugar Cooking:Mix white granulated sugar, malt syrup and compliant food additives in proportion and boil and stir in the Hanyuan sugar boiling pot.
-Mixing:Mix and stir the stir-fried sesame seeds and the boiled syrup.
-Cut into pieces. Pour the stirred materials into the spreading hopper, then press the roller to form, and then cut into pieces.
-Packaging: Use the Hanyuan fully automatic pillow packaging machine to package sesame candy, which is fast and has a good packaging forming effect.
After the trial operation was completed, the customer was very satisfied with our equipment. The sesame candy we made fully met their requirements. We are looking forward to the next cooperation!
