Protein bar energy bar production line is a set of automated equipment combination from raw material pretreatment to finished energy bar packaging, which needs to be customized and configured according to the formula, production capacity and process requirements.
I. Production Process
Raw material pretreatment: Grains are baked and crushed, nuts are chopped, dry raw materials like protein powder and sugar powder are mixed evenly, and wet raw materials like oils and syrups are heated and melted.
Mixing: Dry raw materials and wet raw materials are added to the mixer in proportion and mixing into a uniform material.
Forming: The energy bar blanks are pressed into rollers by the forming machine and then cut into the set length and width by the cutting knife or formed by stamping with moulds.
Cooling: The embryo enters the cooling tunnel for rapid cooling and shaping to prevent deformation during subsequent processing.
Coating (optional) : The cooled body passes through a coating machine, with a coating of chocolate, yogurt and so on. on the surface, and then undergoes secondary cooling and curing.
Packaging: Complete bagging, sealing and coding production date in sequence. Some need to be packed in outer boxes.
