Protein Bar Production Line Test Machine

     Today, South Korean customers come to our factory to test the machines about the energy bar production line they ordered, the entire process of the production line includes sugar boiling, raw material mixing, feeding, paving, forming machine cooling, cutting, chocolate coating machine coating, cooling, and finally sent to the conveyor belt for bag packing. Our company's production line has been quite mature in terms of equipment and technology.

The process of testing the machine

1.Preparation before factory inspection and test

Equipment inspection:

Ensure that the energy bar machine has been installed and adjusted, and all components are working properly.

Check whether the appearance, material and welding process of the equipment meet the requirements of the contract.

Raw materials preparation:

Prepare the raw materials required for the test machine (such as grains, syrups, nuts, protein powder, etc.) to ensure that the raw materials meet the production requirements.

File preparation:

Preparation before factory inspection and test.

Personnel arrangement:

Arrange the presence of technicians and operators to ensure that the trial process goes smoothly.

2. Trial process

Equipment no-load operation:

Without adding raw materials, start the equipment to check whether the components are running normally and whether there is abnormal noise or vibration.

Load operation:

Add raw materials, conduct actual production tests, and observe the operating stability, production efficiency and finished product quality of the equipment.

Finished product inspection:

Check whether the shape, weight, density, taste and packaging effect of the energy bar meet customer requirements.

3. Communication and confirmation after trial

Feedback on questions:

The customer gives feedback on the problems found in the process of trial, and the supplier needs to answer and provide solutions in time.

Rectification measures:

If the equipment or finished product does not meet the requirements, the supplier shall propose corrective measures and implement them as soon as possible.

Acceptance confirmation:

After the customer is satisfied with the test result, both parties sign the test acceptance report to confirm that the equipment meets the contract requirements.
