A typical nougat bar production line consists of several critical components designed to handle different stages of the manufacturing process:

1.  Cooking System of the Nougat Bar Production Line 

   • This system is responsible for cooking the sugar and glucose mixture. Cooking helps preserve the nutritional value of the ingredients while ensuring an even cook without burning.

2. Mixing and Aeration Unit of the Nougat Bar Production Line 

   • After cooking, the mixture is transferred to a mixing and aeration unit where air is incorporated into the mass to create its characteristic light and fluffy texture. Ingredients like egg whites or other whipping agents are added at this stage 

3. Ingredient Incorporation Section of the Nougat Bar Production Line 

   • Here, additional components such as roasted nuts (almonds, peanuts), dried fruits, or chocolate chips can be mixed into the nougat base according to specific recipes 

4. Cooling Tunnel of the Nougat Bar Production Line 

   • Once the nougat mixture is prepared, it moves through a cooling tunnel. This step solidifies the product slightly so that it can be easily handled during subsequent operations 

5. Forming and Cutting Equipment of the Nougat Bar Production Line 

   • The cooled nougat slab passes through forming equipment which shapes it into uniform bars before being cut into individual pieces by precision cutting machines

6. Packaging Station of the Nougat Bar Production Line 

   • Finally, after inspection for quality assurance purposes, the finished nougat bars proceed to packaging stations where they're wrapped individually or packed into boxes ready for distribution
