HANYUAN“Peanut Candy Production Line” is mainly applied in the industrial production of crispy candy bar, like the peanut candy bar, nuts candy bar, cashew candy bar, etc. Covering the weighing of dry materials, melting & weighing of adhesive material, automatic mixing of dry & adhesive materials, forming & cooling & cutting, metal detecting, pillow packaging. This production line can realize the automatic preheating & proportioning of materials. Materials will be mixed in the cooking pot. This production line applies the three-roll-feeding-hopper to spread the material evenly. This production line adopts fan-cooling & water-cooling to achieve evenly cooling from bottom to top. This production line adopts the vertical/transverse cutting integrated cutter-head , the cutting size is accurate, bar will be separated completely. This production line adopts fully automatic pillow packaging, fast sorting and arrangement of bars, high-speed packaging.
