  The Granola Bar Line realizes automated production through processes such as mixing, forming, baking (or cold working), cutting and packaging.From the perspective of the main raw materials and health functions of the product, protein cereal bars can be divided into categories such as energy bars, protein bars, grain bars, and nut bars.

  This Granola Bar Line is mainly applied in the industrial production of  such as cereal bar with chocolate, protein bar with chocolate, energy bar with chocolate, granola with chocolate, oats bar with chocolate and so on., covering the melting & weighting of adhesive material, weighing of dry materials, automatic mixing of dry & adhesive materials, forming & cooling & cutting, chocolate full-coating or bottom-coating and decorating, pillow inner packaging. This  Protein Bar Production Line can realize the automatic proportioning and mixing of materials. Protein Bar Production Line  consists of sugar boiling pot, stirring mixing machine,  servo cutting system , cooling yunnel, chocolate coating part,pillow packaging machine, box packing part and carton packing equipment etc. It can produce grain energy bars (oats, quinoa, chia seeds), protein bars/fitness bars (whey protein, plant protein), chocolachi-coated bars (nut fillings, fruit particles), and children's nutrition bars (low sugar, high calcium, vitamin fortified).

7-PLC and touch screen of thie protein cereal bar machine, multi operation language for choice, like English, Spanish, French etc. Any fault during production will be displayed on the screen directly.
