   Shaqima is mainly made of flour, eggs and sugar. The traditional recipe requires two major steps: frying the noodles and boiling the sugar to set the shape. Some recipes add honey, osmanthus or dried fruits to enhance the flavor. The main steps are frying, boiling sugar, stirring, cutting into pieces and shaping, and packaging.

    HANYUAN "Shaqima Kaofu Production Line" is mainly applied in the whole production of Shagima, French Kaofu. Covering the frying or baking of dough bar, cooking of adhesive material, weighing of adhesive/dry materials, mixingof dry and adhesive materials, forming&cooling&cutting, meta detecting, pillow packaging.
